1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

  • All custom products (LED channel letters, light boxes, illuminated signage) are manufactured per approved design files and technical sheets.
  • Minor color deviations (±5%) and inherent material textures are not considered defects.
  • 3D renderings are conceptual; actual products may vary.

2. ORDER PROCESS

2.1 Quotation Validity: 30 days from issue date.
2.2 Deposit: 30% (or as agreed) advance payment required to commence production.
2.3 Balance Payment: Full payment must clear before shipment.
2.4 Lead Times:

  • Standard items: 7-15 business days
  • Custom items: As per Production Confirmation (+3-day tolerance)

2.5 Design Changes: Post-approval modifications incur restaging fees (min. $50).

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Accepted Methods:

  • Wire Transfer (T/T)
  • Paypal
  • Western Union
  • Credit cards subject to 3.5% processing fee
    3.2 Currency: USD, EUR, GBP only.
    3.3 Late Payments: 1.5% monthly penalty on overdue amounts.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Default Incoterm: EXW / FOB/ CNF Guangzhou, China. (Or as Agreed).
4.2 Shipping Risk: Title passes to Buyer upon loading at origin port.
4.3 Delays: Not liable for force majeure (customs delays, strikes, natural disasters).
4.4 Damage Claims: Must submit photos + signed delivery note within 48 hours.

5. WARRANTY

5.1 Coverage Period:

  • LEDs/Lighting components: 2 years
  • Metal/acrylic structures: 1 year
    5.2 Warranty Void If:
  • Improper installation (non-compliance with manual)
  • Exposure to coastal environments (within 500m of seawater)
  • Operation outside 200-240V range
  • Physical abuse or unauthorized modifications
    5.3 Exclusions: Natural wear, consumables (e.g., diffusers), discontinued products.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All design files, CAD drawings, and tooling remain Seller’s exclusive property.
6.2 Buyer receives limited license for single-order production only.
6.3 Reverse engineering, replication, or resale of designs is strictly prohibited.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

7.1 Maximum liability capped at 100% of order value.
7.2 Excluded Damages: Lost profits, reputational harm, advertising revenue losses.
7.3 Buyer assumes all compliance risks (local electrical codes, zoning laws).

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.1 Non-Defective Items: Returns not accepted for custom products.
8.2 Defective Items:

  • Seller may elect repair, replacement, or refund
  • Return shipping costs borne by Buyer
    8.3 Restocking Fee: 15% for approved non-custom returns.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

9.1 Jurisdiction: Governed by laws of People’s Republic of China.
9.2 Arbitration: All disputes resolved via Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
9.3 Legal Fees: Prevailing party entitled to recover reasonable attorney costs.

10. GENERAL

10.1 Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
10.2 Assignment: Buyer may not transfer order rights without written consent.

All company logos, trademarks, or brand identities (“Third-Party Marks”) shown on this website:

  • Serve solely as examples of our technical capabilities
  • Demonstrate potential applications of our signage products
  • Do not imply business affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship

2. Source of Third-Party Marks
Third-Party Marks may appear in these contexts:
a) Client Projects: With explicit written permission from rights holders

Customers submitting design files containing Third-Party Marks hereby:

4. Takedown Protocol
Rights holders may request removal of their marks by:
a) Emailing info@chnsign.com with:

  • Proof of ownership
  • Specific URL(s) containing disputed material
  • Legal contact information
    b) We will remove contested content within 72 business hours pending verification

5. Prohibited Actions
No party may:
a) Use our website content to falsely imply brand partnerships
b) Download/reuse Third-Party Marks without direct authorization
c) Submit counterfeit logos or deceptive brand simulations

6. Legal Notice
